About the training:
The training program is accredited by the OKR Consortium in partnership with Ben Lamorte, the world’s most experienced OKR coach. At the end of the training, participants receive the Certified OKR Coach personal certificate, which is recognized worldwide.
The course is design as an on-line engagement for a total of 12hrs of training. The design of the engagement is determined by the participants. In most cases, students has decided between eight 1.5 hrs sessions over a few weeks. Other options include three 4hr sessions. During the course, the instructor will use slides, MIro, and proprietary case studies to engage students.
OKR Coach Course:
As a Certified OKR Coach, you'll have the ability to guide and train others on the implementation of OKRs, help them set objectives and key results that align with organizational goals, and ensure that the OKR process is effectively implemented and maintained.
Investing in your skills as an OKR Coach is a wise decision that can benefit both you and your organization. Participants will also receive three 1 hour coaching sessions (US$500 value) on OKRs after completion of the course.
